Over the past 2ish years this pillow has gotten my moneys worth, the cover is removable so it feels clean after each wash. The memory foam is super comfortable and supportive for my neck, shoulders and head. If you can let the memory foam air out or spray it with fabreeze until it airs out it is soooo worth it!
